windows vim 7.0.224

I’ve gotten around to rebuilding vim 7 with ruby/perl/python for windows. The last version was about 100 patches behind, so this should take care of whatever problems/issues those little gems fix. Usual optimizations apply pentium3+, SSE2. You can find it here. As I have a macbook now, I tend to just use a macports built vim. So these updates will probably be done every few months.
