vim 7 with ruby and python

Ok, apparently the main build of vim 7 for windows (win32) thats availible on the vim site doesn’t have ruby support compiled in. I’ve made my current build availible here. It’s built for i686 w/ SSE2. If anyone wants more stuff added or it compiled without SSE2, send me a message. It was compiled with the HUGE featureset, including multibyte and ime support. Enjoy.
