updated vim windows binary 7.0.109

I’ve recompiled my little vim distribution for windows. We’re up to 7.0.109. The compiler has changed, we’re using VS 2005 now. The optimizations and inclusions remain the same (Huge, SSE2, ruby+python+perl). You can find the file here.
